What Forge actually does

Six areas of work, all pointing at the same thing: fewer manual steps, fewer places for information to go missing, and systems that fit the way your business already runs.

Where to start

Pick the one closest to your problem

Most projects touch more than one of these. If you are not sure which applies, describe the problem and Forge will tell you which route makes sense — including when the answer is that you do not need a new system at all.

  • Custom business applications

Bespoke software built around your workflow, for when spreadsheets have been outgrown and off-the-shelf products nearly fit but never quite.

  • Workflow automation

Approvals, notifications, filing and hand-offs that happen on their own, so repetitive steps stop consuming people's days.

  • Microsoft 365

Tenant setup, licensing, security configuration and email or tenant migration — set up properly once and handed over cleanly.

  • SharePoint & OneDrive

A document structure people can navigate, with the right permissions, migrated off scattered drives and personal inboxes.

  • Business websites

Fast, clean brochure-style sites that present your business clearly — new builds, refreshes, migrations and hosting setup.

  • Digital job sheets, reports & quotes

Portals that replace paper on site: capture the job on a phone, and produce a consistent branded document from it.

Where Forge works

Remote across the UK, on site around Essex and London

Most of this work is done remotely, so location rarely decides anything. Where being in the room genuinely helps — walking a process, sitting with the people who will use the system, or a hand-over session — Forge covers Essex, London and the surrounding areas in person.
