Who we are

Forge Digital Technology Limited is a UK-based digital technology business. For any privacy questions, or to ask us to update or delete your details, contact us at yiannis@forgetechnology.co.uk.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. If you submit the contact form, that means your name, email address, business or company name (if you add it), and the message you write. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work.

How the contact form works

Contact form submissions are processed using FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service that takes what you submit and emails it to us. When you send the form, your details pass through FormSubmit and are delivered to yiannis@forgetechnology.co.uk.

We do not add contact form details to any marketing list unless you separately agree to that. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to you and to provide any services we agree on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and any related work. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we remove it in due course. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and local browser storage to remember small preferences — for example, that you have seen the cookie notice. We do not use analytics, advertising tracking, or non-essential cookies, and we do not build a profile of you. If that ever changes, we will update this notice first.

You can clear these at any time through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.

Google Search Console data

Forge uses a private OpenSEO integration to access Google Search Console data for forgetechnology.co.uk. Access is read-only.

• The data may include search queries, clicks, impressions, positions, pages and indexing / search-performance information.
• It is used only to monitor and improve Forge's own website. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.
• OAuth credentials and tokens are stored securely by the private OpenSEO deployment and are used only to maintain the authorised connection.
• Google access can be revoked at any time from the connected Google Account.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, just email us. You can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
